Commissioners Receive Update on Seminoe Reservoir Project from RPlus Hydro

He also mentioned that it would take about 15 hours to fill the upper reservoir if it was completely drained. However, Dorr emphasized that the project is still in its early stages and requires completion of environmental studies and authorization from regulatory agencies. Construction is not expected to begin for another year after obtaining final authorization.
